Natural Heritage

The Natural Heritage program of the National Trust of Australia (WA) assists private landholders to conserve and manage their bushland by:
  • Providing legal protection for privately owned bushland using conservation covenants.

  • Providing stewardship  services and managment advice to owners of covenanted land.

  • Providing a revolving fund, BushBank ,  to purchase, covenant and on-sell land of high conservation value.

  • Organising tax-deductible fund raising appeals .

  • Receiving tax deductible donations of money and land.

  • Coordinating a number of special projects.

  • Providing information and support.
